The Process:

- The home is custom designed by one of our design specialists
- The home is ordered, assembled, and shipped to the site
- Prior to the home’s arrival, the ground is dug so the home can be ground set, concrete runners are put down for the home to be set on, and the surrounding area is cleared of brush
- The home arrives to the site and is placed on the concrete runners
- The home is then assembled together, the carpet is laid and septic and power are hooked up
- The home is cleaned, concrete patios are sometimes poured and if the customer would like, a garage is placed on the propertyThe home is ready for move-in!
